The Press

From a Brooklyn classroom to bookshelves worldwide

It began with a problem: the study materials nurses needed simply didn’t exist. So in 1984, a young ICU nurse and a young entrepreneur started making their own. Their training company grew across Brooklyn, Queens, Nassau, and Suffolk — and in 2003, they founded Dickson Keanaghan to publish their study guides and share them with the world.

Today the house publishes two growing libraries: Michele’s nursing education titles and Joseph’s Four Pillars books on business, money, and purpose.
